These entities were incorporated in British Virgin Islands, Peru and Chile respectively and offer financial and advisory services. Members of Numa’s management team are employed by NAM and/or Numa Peru. NAM also maintains an affiliate U.S. based investment adviser, Numa Americas Corp. (“NAC”). NAC maintains and conducts activities in the U.S. The Numa related entities are approved to conduct activities throughout each affiliated entity in varying jurisdictions throughout the world. In certain instances the affiliated Numa entities share office space and personnel.
